Welcome to jhlang.com. My name is Jeff Lang and I am a licensed educator and children’s entertainer living in South Korea where I work for Pukyong National University. My spare time is spent working towards my Master of Science in Educational Leadership.

As an experienced educator I realize the inequalities of our American education system, and how those inequalities are depriving a future from our nation’s youth. Therefore I take special interest in urban education where equity has been stripped from our city’s schools. As a leader in this field, I am fully committed to leveling the playing field and closing the achievement gap from school to school. I support the creation of a rich national curriculum, the strengthening of teacher preparation programs, and an increase in funding for social services to assist struggling families. I also believe that we must cherish our public schools because the public school is the foundation where communities are grown.
